April 12, 2011 morning, the opening ceremony of "Beijing Institute of Technology & Lihong cellulose ether R&D Base" and the "Chongqing Lihong Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd. Science and Technology Association," was held in Chongqing Lihong Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd.
